PRICES & AVAILABILITY
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Orders are subject to availability. If goods are unavailable, the Customer will be notified by e-mail or Telephone. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta & American Express via our secured online payments solution providers NetPay & Paypal
Payments can also be accepted by Online Bank Transfer, BACS, Chaps or Swift directly to our bank account. Please contact our High Street Stores for further information.
As we are based in Britain, payments will be processed in UK £ sterling only.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY SERVICE
Standard postage and packing costs for UK delivery (except the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) is free of charge for orders over £50.00 providing the goods are kept by the Customer and not returned.
£4.95 is charged on all orders under £50.00 and is non refundable.
Deliveries will be made by royal mail recorded delivery or equivalent courier service. A signature will be required on delivery to the billing or shipping address for all products.
Standard delivery is 3-4 working days and dependant on availability.

Orders placed after 1.00 pm & 12.00 Midnight will be dispatched the following working day, for next day delivery (excludes weekends)

* Please Note : Courier Delivery Service & Express Service to remote UK locations will take an extra working day. Remote locations include: Scottish Highlands & Islands, UK Off Shore Islands, Channel Islands, The Isle of Man & Northern Island.
DISPATCH OF GOODS
Goods will only be dispatched or ordered when payment has been received in full and cleared via NetPay & Paypals security checks.
ORDERS & SHIPPING OVERSEAS
Orders may be placed from overseas, however shipping is chargeable. Please contact The Chinashop® on 01227 230970 or Contact Us Form for an estimate of delivery charges. Delivery charges must be paid in full prior to the goods being shipped overseas.
We reserve the right to decline to send goods where we consider the goods unlikely to make safe passage or the cost of delivery is prohibitive for your protection.
SPECIAL ORDERS FROM CATALOGUES – NON STOCK ITEMS
Simply call us on 01227 230970 Monday to Saturday 9.300 am to 17.30 pm & Sunday 11..00 am to 17.00 pm for a delivery date & shipping quote. Please note we do not overcharge for this service, we simply charge the Customer what the Courier Service charge to us + VAT.
Lladro, Nao Porcelain & Lalique Crystal can be shipped directly from Spain & France within 48-72 hours providing the items are in stock. Lladro, Nao & Lalique charge a fee for this service which we can process on your behalf.
CLAIMS
In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order, we will supply free of charge replacements or a refund, as appropriate. Claims must be strictly made within 7 working days of receipt or notification. We will request the return of the goods to substantiate the claim. The claim can only be processed fully once the goods have been returned to the shop and must be returned within 28 days.
RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel your order in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your goods, for a full refund of the purchase value excluding initial post and packaging and provided the goods are returned to us within 28 days unused, in good condition and in the original packaging (no refunds can be accepted without the original manufacturers box).
Important : Please note Items purchased from the main catalogue that have to be ordered and shipped specifically by The Chinashop® directly from Lladro or Nao in Valencia or Lalique in France may not be returned. Lladro, Nao & Lalique will not accept returns for Special Orders.
Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should a shipment be returned to us due to the failure of delivery, then we reserve the right to make a charge for the reshipment of the goods.
