STANDARD UK DELIVERY SERVICE 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS

Standard postage and packing costs for UK delivery (except the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) is free of charge for all orders over £50.00 on the initial delivery.

Orders under £50.00 have a delivery fee charged at £4.95 which is non refundable.
This is a signed for service of 3-4 business days.

Orders placed after 1.00 pm & 12.00 Midnight will be dispatched the following business day, for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays)

DELIVERY PROVIDERS

Deliveries may be made by Royal Mail recorded delivery, Parcel Force, UPS, DPD or DHL Courier Services.

A signature will be required upon delivery to the billing & or shipping address. You may specify a safe “if out instruction” but this will be at your own risk should you decide to do so.

SPECIAL ORDERS FOR ITEMS NOT CURRENTLY “IN STOCK”

Items can be ordered if they are not currently in stock. Some items can take up to 21 days for delivery from date of purchase. We will notify you in writing of the expected delivery date.

It is possible to express items in from most Major Brands and we do this for our Customers on a weekly / daily basis.

EXPRESSING SPECIAL ORDERS FROM OVERSEAS

Lladro, Nao Porcelain & Lalique Crystal can be shipped from Europe within 48-72 hours providing the items are in stock.  Lladro, Nao & Lalique charge a fee for this service, which we can process on your behalf. 

PAYMENT OF GOODS & SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Goods may only be dispatched or special ordered when payment has been received in full and the funds have cleared the secure payment gateways.

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer simply call the store on 01227 230970
Goods may be shipped in the UK to a different address to the billing address

CLAIMS

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order, we will supply free of charge replacements or a refund, as appropriate. Claims must be strictly made within 7 business days of receipt/loss. We may request the return of the goods within 28 days from delivery date to substantiate the claim.  The claim may only be processed fully once the goods have been returned to the shop.

Whilst we check every item thoroughly prior to dispatch we may request photo’s to be sent to our Contact Us Page

REFUND POLICY & RETURNS

You may cancel your order in writing within 7 business days of receipt of your goods providing the goods were purchased from our “in stock now” sections of the website, for a full refund of the purchase value excluding all post and packaging costs and provided the goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in the original manufacturers packaging.

Please Note : Goods returned without the original manufacturers packaging cannot be accepted for a refund.

IMPORTANT :  SPECIAL ORDERS RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from the main catalogues that have to be special ordered as they are not a current stock item and shipped specifically by The Chinashop® directly from the Suppliers may not be returned.  The Suppliers will not accept returns for Special Orders.

RETURNS AND REFUND FEES / CHARGES

We reserve the right to charge a small fee for unwanted purchases returned for a refund to cover administration and or despatch/delivery costs incurred by The Chinashop® in the first and last instance.

You will be notified in writing if a fee is to be deducted from your refund, shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should a shipment be returned to us due to the failure of delivery, then we reserve the right to make a charge for the reshipment of the goods.
